He is survived by: his wife Belinda Salisbury; his children, Emilynn, Myah, Jaymes, Fay and Myles; his father Jim Crawford (Kathy) of Verona; his siblings-in-law, Steven Salisbury (Laurie) of Brantford and Diane Salisbury of Toronto; his siblings, Jordan Young of Kingston, Jeff Young of Kingston and Adam Young of Kingston; his sister-in-law Kayla Salisbury of Brantford; and his nieces and nephews, Rae-Ann, Eleanor, Brandon, Brandy, Lucas, Bryce, Jayden, Alyssa, Austin, Paisley, Bodi and Jolene. He is also survived by his many other relatives and friends.
