He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Lee Anne Skipper (Jim), Karin Fairchild (Jonathan Mann) and Steven (Denise); his brother Gerald; and his siblings-in-law, Keith Merritt and Vi Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
