He was predeceased by: his sister Evelyn Lee. He is survived by: his spouse Lois; his children, Tim MacTavish of London and Susan Jovanovic-De Domenicis (Carlo) of Windsor; his grandchildren, Rebekah Lever (Tim), Brynden MacTavish, Philip Jovanovic (Ga Ram Kim) and Alexander Jovanovic; and his great grandchild Emmett Lever. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
