We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Tony Daciuk (Mount Forest, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Daciuk; and his brothers, Walter, Pete and John Daciuk. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Judy Daciuk; and also Joyce Sims. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
