He was predeceased by: his wife Muriel Margaret Ballantyne. He is survived by: his children, Keith Ballantyne (Leslie) and Susan Zonneveld (late Martin); his grandchildren, Donald Ballantyne (Nikki), Marty Zonneveld (Emily), Mathew Zonneveld (Leanne), Catherine Felske (Peter), Nicole West (Chris) and Cody Ballantyne; his great grandchildren, Jackson Ballantyne, Olivia Felske, Nolan Ballantyne, Maverick Zonneveld, Ava Zonneveld, Lily Felske and Wyatt West; and his daughter-in-law Mary Choo-Campbell (John Campbell).
