Patrick Flaherty Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2023, at the age of 90, Patrick Flaherty of Mount Forest, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Festy Flaharty and Mary Flaharty (Connelly); his former wife Hilda Flaherty (Byers); his stepdaughter Patti Vanderaa; his siblings, Mary (Mark O'Malley), Joe Flaherty, Margaret (Christy Mc Donagh), James (Edna Flaherty) and Christy Flaherty; and his brothers-in-law, Marty O'Neil, Bob Ohmen and Festus Conneely.

He is survived by: his children, Neil Groves of Grimsby, England, Patricia Lyons of Fort Erie, Theresa Brennan of Barrie, Bernadette Flaherty of Mount Forest, Corinne and Laurie Borlase of Lindsay; his grandchildren, Ben, Luke Groves, Victoria, Danelle Lyon, Erin Brennan, Alysha, Ryan of Costa, Kyle and Jessica Borlase; his great grandchildren, Aiden Lyon, Lennon, Abbey, Ava Brennan, Logan of Costa and Rudy Borlase; his siblings, Michael (Mary Flaherty), Danny (Vera Flaherty), Veronica O'Neil, Bridgie Ohmen, Ellen, Pat Roche and Kathleen Conneely; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Kelsey, Jason and Shawn.

Memorial donations to the Mount Forest Food Bank would be appreciated and may be made through the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harriston.
