Patricia Hammond Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Hammond (Mount Forest, Ontario), who passed away on June 10, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Florence Park; her son-in-law Chad Park; and her grandchildren, Austin Park, Trinity Park, Aaliya Park, Taylor Park of Mount Forest, Raymond LeBleu and Charles LeBleu.
