She was predeceased by: her significant other Don McEwen; her parents, Elgin Culp and Gertrude Mader; her stepfather Hubert Mader; and her siblings, Bruce Culp and Dianne Eaton.
She is survived by: her sister Joan Woods (Doug) of Mount Forest; her stepson Dave McEwen of Ottawa; and her siblings-in-law, Dianne Culp of Kitchener and Ray Eaton of Cambridge. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, and four great-nieces and nephews.
