He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernie Thompson and Norma Thompson; his brother Rick Thompson; and his brother-in-law Ed Sterritt. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Michele Pollard (Mark Henderson), Kimberley Thompson, Kelly Little and Jason Little (Katie Patterson); his grandchildren, Rachel, Nyssa, James, Elizabeth, Jack and Connor; and his sisters, Linda Sterritt, Betty Day (Lindsay) and Donna Beattie (Danny).
