He was predeceased by: his brother Donald. He is survived by: his parents, Gerrit Lebbink of Mount Forest and Gerrie Lebbink of Mount Forest; his siblings, Gord (Coral) of Palmerston, Michael (Sandra) of Bluevale, Robert of Mount Forest and Diana of Mitchell; and his nieces and nephews, Alex (Lindsay), Adam, Allison, Sarah (Paul), Colton and Brianna. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and many friends.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Hamilton General Hospital Foundation – Burn Trauma Unit would be appreciated by the family.
