He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward May and Gladys May; his in-laws, Loane and Agnes Armstrong; his siblings, Thelma Busch (Hubert), Mildred Busch (Victor) and George May (Shirley); and his brothers-in-law, Garth Rafuse and Jim Armstrong.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia May; his child Terry Anne May-Thomson (Peter Thomson); and his sisters-in-law, Dee Armstrong and Janet Rafuse.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Mount Forest United Church (175 Queen St E, Mount Forest, ON N0G2L2). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the England Funeral Home (294 Main St S, Mount Forest, ON N0G2L2). When you arrive for the service, there will be a staff member to assist you with Covid Screening.
