He is survived by: his wife Nicole McPhee; his children, Shawn McPhee (Gayle Colbran) and Juanita Holman (Fred); and his grandchildren, Amberly, Derek, Connor, Samantha, Tyler, Kurtis, Nikolas and Alexa. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters and his extended family.
