He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Pam Phillips (Chris) and Tom Jr.; his grandson Justin (Jessie); his great grandchild Gabe; his siblings, Liz (Louie), Pat (Tony), Dee, Rena, Charlene (Mitch), Marilyn and David (Melissa); and his parents-in-law, Linda, Vickie, Kathy, Shirley (Gil), Jude (Barney), Brenda, Jeff (Linda), Patrick (Vicky) and Mike (Anna).
