She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter VanBerkel and Johanna VanBerkel; and her brothers, Mike (Jane) and Peter VanBerkel. She is survived by: her husband Arnold; her children, Rebecca (Larry), Laura (Derek), Chris (Ashley), Derek (Selena) and Janna (Nick); her grandchildren, Jacob, Maggie, Remington, Liam, Kylie, Scarlett, Emersyn, Finleigh, Tanner, Lola, Lexi and Jax; and her siblings, Adriana Brown, Liz (Vic Postma), Hans (Sue VanBerkel), Joanne (Jim Pollock), Arnolda (Ralph Baker), Pat VanBerkel, Marjorie Desmet and Janice (Derek Frank). She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, the Zietsma family, extended family and dear friends.

Memorial donations may be made to The Salvation Army or Teen Challenge.
