He is survived by: his children, Cassandra, Sarah, Jennifer, Matthew and Jordan; his grandchildren, Laya-Lynn, Julianna and Kingston; and his siblings, Chris (Carmela), Dan (Lori), Kim (Terry), Gene, Jesse and Jermey. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts and uncles.
