She was predeceased by: her husband Gerry Forbes; her parents, Issac Sims and Pearl Sims; and her siblings, Mervin, May, Eileen, Doreen, Walter (Bud), Earl, Roy, Gord and Gary.
She is survived by: her children, Bill (Janice) and Cathy Smith (Greg); her granddaughters, Melissa (Jeff), Miranda (Brian), Brianne, Megan and Kaitlin; and her great grandchildren, Brayden and Bolton.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home (22424 Adelaide Rd, Mount Brydges, ON N0L 1W0). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Foundation of London and Middlesex (435 Windermere Road, London, Ontario N5X 2T1) or charity of one's choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
