He is survived by: his children, Deseree, Joseph, Gregory, Aiden and Jewel; his mother Beverly Lynn Zalwasky; and his siblings, Jenny, Michelle, Chris, Shawn, Chrissy, Troy, Mitch G, Quintin Smith, Quentin Shawnoo, Miranda and Jeremy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
