He is survived by: his children, Christine Nicholson (Dennis Littlefield), David Smith (Elaine), Michael Smith (Sharon), Denise van (Jan) of Vooren and Paul Smith (Lisa Van Sickle); his grandchildren, Adrian, Claire, Holly, Andrew, Bryan, Robert, Nicole, Amanda, Heather, Thomas, Jessica and Shelby; and his brothers-in-law, Arthur Chitty (Joyce) and Bryan Chitty (Olive). He is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
