She is survived by: her husband Bert Kolkman; her children, Jim (Gina), Terry (Bonnie), Bernice Ross (Tim) and Kevin (Julia); her grandchildren, Kyle (Bri), Courtney (Adam), Shawna (Dylan), Jessica (Robbie), Jamie (AJ), Aaron (Shayna) and Pam; her great grandchildren, Addison, Trenton, Emerson, Nora, Brynlee, Evelyn and Theodora; her siblings, Betty Tolsma, Adrian Middel, Ron Middel (Mary), Frances Kuntz (Wayne) and Janna Middel; and her siblings-in-law, Stein Schoemaker, Bill Kolkman (Cynthia), John Kolkman (Bev), Joanne Chambers, Henry Kolkman (Sue), Dave Croeze and Leonard Kolkman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
