Walter Harper Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Harper (Morrisburg, Ontario), who passed away on January 15, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Harper and Lydia Harper; his son Michael Harper; and his sister Dolores Steele. He is survived by: his close friend Patsy Thib; his children, Mark Harper (Karen) of Morrisburg and Linda Van Allen (Barry) of Morrisburg; his sister Verna Lemery (Pete) of Cardinal; and his grandchildren, Becky Garlough (Al), Cherie Norris (Scott), Evan Harper (Lindsay), Carrie Rice (Jason), Matthew Collins (Samantha) and Brandon Van Allen (Mandy). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
