He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Margaret Carey Tindal; his siblings, Arthur, Ruth Todd (Doug) and Frances Downey (Lloyd); his siblings-in-law, Hilda Gray (Ken), Helen Wright (Ed), Gordon (Phyllis), George (Helen), Allen (Ruby) and Robert Carey; and his parents, Howard Tindal and Fanny Tindal.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Elaine) of Alliston, Deborah of Kingston and Susan of Gananoque; his grandchildren, Allison (Darryl) of Uxbridge, Thomas (Kristin) of Kelowna, B. C. and Michael Arthur (Kate) of Alliston; his great grandchildren, Theo, Zoey and Archer; his siblings-in-law, Janis Tindal (Adrian) of Morrisburg and Ronald Clyde (Rita) of Kingston; and his brother George.
