It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny McMillan of Morrisburg, Ontario, who passed away on February 23, 2024, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Barbara Hodgson (Ronnie) and Larry Reddick; and her great-niece Charlotte. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
