It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myron Van Allen of Morrisburg, Ontario, who passed away on September 2, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Allen and Mina Van Allen; his daughter Linda Barkley; his daughter-in-law Jill Van Allen; and his siblings, Violet Hare, Arnold and Graham Van Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Van Allen; his children, Rodney Van Allen (Rene) of Morrisburg, Judy Best (Kevin) of Morrisburg and Joanne Sinclaire (Harreson) of Wales; his grandchildren, Jennifer Best (Ashleigh Lyall), Julie Lloyd (Stephen), Carrie Van Allen (James Dybka), Ryan Barkley (Beth), Scott Van Allen (Kurtis), Amanda Mallen (Jesse), Sorrel Van Allen (Tristan), Jasmine Van Allen and Hazel Van Allen; and his great grandchildren, Jake, Morgan, Emerick, Odin and Jack.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion (10 Legion St, Morrisburg, ON K0C1X0).
