She is survived by: her children, Rita, Nancy (James), Robert (Donna) and Mary (Randy); her grandchildren, Cole (Sophie), Jordan, Cameron, Jacob, Morgan, Amanda and Ryan; her brother Michael (Giel); her siblings-in-law, Jos van der Zanden, Mientje and Nellie van Kessel; and her caregivers, Jennine McCourt, Teresa Robillard, Kathy McLean and Dr. Elizabeth Rivington. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
