He was predeceased by: his parent Leonard Neil. He is survived by: his parent Victoria Kimmerly; his sons, Christopher (Jacqueline) of Stittsville and Mark (Billey-Jo) of Whitby; his grandchild Evan Kimmerly; and his stepgrandchild Evan Martin.
