We bid farewell to Viola McRae of Moose Creek, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 10, 2024 at the age of 88. Viola touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her spouse Menzies McRae; her siblings, Gordie, Harold, Everett, Lyall, Melba McIntyre and Verna Barnes; and her parents, Lindsay McRae and Nellie McRae.
She is survived by: her children, Michael of Gatineau, QC, Gregor (Shelagh) of Moose Creek, Ralph of Edmonton, AB, Kevan of Ottawa, Laurie McRae Bingley of Cornwall, Randy (Tracy Helpard) of Moose Creek and Eliot (Joanne) of Moose Creek; her children-in-law, Patricia Quail, Blair Bingley and Wendy Pearson; her grandchildren, Chad, Karstie, Chase, Lacey, Daniel, Rachel, John, Thomas, Maggie, Connor and Chris; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Evie, Charlee, Walker, Owen and Isaiah; and her sister Luella Theede of Avonmore.
Memorial Donations to the Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation or to the Canadian Cancer society would be appreciated by the family.
