She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Halpin Sr.; her siblings, Olive Hubley and Jim Halpin; and her niece Rhonda Woods. She is survived by: her children, Charles Halpin (Holly), Glenn Halpin (Bonnie), Neill Halpin (Lynn) and Lisa Morris (Rusty); her sister Grace Stinton; and her nephew Ron Davis. She is also survived by mom raised her children, and made many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Breast Cancer Society, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation, are greatly appreciated.
