She is survived by: her husband Ron Hughes; her sons, Warren (Cindy) and Lee (Georgia); her grandchildren, Brooke (Cody), Emily, Avery (Josh), Xander and Connor; her great grandchildren, Jace and Aurora; and her nephew Howard (Rita).
If so desired, donations in memory of Mavis may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
