He was predeceased by: his spouse Ida Maria; and his sisters, Jacoba, Truus and Sjaan. He is survived by: his children, Terry (Debra), Wally, Mary Beth (Ian), Opa of Benoit, Ariana, Merrik, Kyle, Derek, Lucas and Taryn; and his sibling Riet. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
