He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Howard and Ella Howard; his wife Janet Howard; his children, Evan (Melissa), Drew (Robyn) and Clinton (Adrienne); and his grandchildren, Elysse, Kai, Hayden, Audrey and Ella.
