He is survived by: his spouse Deborah Poapst (Jackson); his children, Susan Toll (William) of Mountain, John Poapst (Kelly) of Connecticut and Matthew Poapst (Natalia) of Ottawa; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Austyn, Isla, Lukas and Eva.
