She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Bilmer; her son William 'Bill' (Linda); her parents, John Breyer and Mary Ella Stephenson; her foster mother Sarah Ann Harris; her brothers, Hector (late Ida), Ralph (late Lillian) and John D. (Ruby); and her foster brother Robert Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Barry, Brian (Terry), Cathy King (late Marcel) and Carol Ann Fraser (Glen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
