She was predeceased by: her parent Nora Cummings; and her spouse Leonard Sproul. She is survived by: her parent William Cummings; her siblings, Helen, Fred and Lorena; and her children, Shirley (late Gord), Marlene (Emile), Wayne (Pat) and Linden (Sandra).
