He was predeceased by: his grandchild Perry; his parents, Johannes Pulles and Maria Pulles; and his siblings, Bart Betsie and Fried Joke.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, MaryJane Chambers (Matthew) and Michael Pulles (Sherry); his grandchildren, Brent (Pierina), Jeremy, Kayla (Sam), Zoey, Brody, Shawna, Brianne and Ryan; and his siblings, Frans (Riek) and Toon (Lies). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
