He is survived by: his grandchildren, Emily Jacob, Sarah Jacob, Rob Jacob (Rachel Voros), Nicole Gagne, Suzanne Simms (Joe), Craig Smith and Philip Smith (Rachel Elsbury); and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Madeline, Jerzey, Bryson, Alyssa and Billy. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
