He was predeceased by: his significant other Lorna; his son Jerry; and his parents, Dorthea and Noble. He is survived by: his children, Ross McCallum (Becky), Lynn Burtenshaw (Bob), Faye Wynistorf (Fred) and Bev Nicholson (Doug). He is also survived by his three sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
