He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Dorothy; and his brother Stephen "Buddy". He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle, Rhonda, Lindsay, Ashley, Casey and Sancey; and his siblings, Rick (Betty), Dave (late Frankie), Jack, Cathy (Glen) and Jen (Bruce).
