She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Baxter; her parents, Roy McCulloch and Jessie McCulloch; her sister Jean Davey (Ken); her siblings-in-law, Gerry Petrie and Joan Savelle; and her nephew Gord Davey.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Baxter, Kathy Belfour (Ray) and Doug Baxter (Nancy); her grandchildren, Jeremy Baxter (Heather), Lesley Upshall (Dave), Jessica Belfour (Yad), Dallas Belfour (Cass) and Shawnee Baxter; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Julia, Emma, Danna, Hadley and Meg; her sister Helen Waddell (Bob); and her sister-in-law Joyce Petrie. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
