Larry Gardiner Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Gardiner (Mitchell, Ontario), who passed away on March 14, 2024. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry Gardiner to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his wife Alice; his son Steven; his parents, Robert Gardiner and Isabel Gardiner; his siblings-in-law, Ken Bearss, Alec Walker, Hugh Currie, Bob Hulley, Jack McGhee, Helen Currie and Margaret Hulley; his nephew Danny Hulley; his niece Sandy Robinson; and his parents-in-law, Otto and Josephine Walker.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa, Leanne and Jo (LariJo); his son-in-law Jai Sachdev; his grandchildren, Lucius, Ember of Huntsville, Vikram, Otto, Sonia of Doylestown and Pennsylvania (Shelly Hunsburger); his siblings, Shirley Bearss, Barb, Jim Parnell, Ron Gardiner, Brenda Gardiner, Rob and Pat Gardiner; and his siblings-in-law, Caroline McGhee and Ken Walker.

To honour and celebrate Larry's life and his contribution to our lives, there will be a public informal gathering at the Lockhart Reception Centre, 116 Montreal St., Mitchell on Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, if you wish to make a donation in Larry's name, please donate to the Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth or KC's Kitchen (through Knox Presbyterian Church) at LockhartFuneralHome.com.
