She is survived by: her husband David Chaffe; her children, Jeannie Fielding, Bill Chaffe (Sharon) and Mary Lou O'Keefe (Gary); her grandchildren, Demetria Chircop, Sierra Chircop, Bronwynn Fielding, Analese Chaffe (Brett Kraemer) and Lydia Chaffe (Colten Strang); her siblings, Lenora Machan (Murray), Earlan Osborn, Lyle Osborn (Lois), Pauline Beuermann (Don), Diana Rapien (Neil), June Osborn, Cheryl Boyd (Conny) and Jackie Hymers (Brian); and her sisters-in-law, Patsy Campbell (Norm) and Connie Chaffe. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
