He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard McCann and Rita McCann; his brothers, Charlie and Fred; his brother-in-law Jim Eckert; and his father-in-law Bruce Murray.
He is survived by: his spouse Sande McCann; his children, Samantha and James (Marjorie); his siblings, Merlyn Eckert, Sheila Margaret McCann, Kathy Elliott (Don), Susan Olson, Bill, Rod (Sherry) and Tim (Cathy); and his siblings-in-law, Nancy McCann, Don Kobbes and Sheila McCann. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
