He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey McLlwain and Ida McLlwain; his brother Larry McLlwain; and his siblings-in-law, Ivan Ahrens, Edward McGrath and Audrey McLlwain.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin McLlwain (Cathy Wade) of Parry Sound and Carrie McLlwain (Brad Moore) of Toronto; his grandchildren, Alexander, Hillary McLlwain, Jacob, Olivia and Avery Moore; his significant other Nancy Steinbach of Mitchell; his children, Will, Jack and Jerri-Ann Steinbach; his grandsons, Drew and Greg McKay; his siblings, Helen Ahrens of Mitchell, Jack McLlwain of Seaforth, Marian Pullman of Seaforth, Ken of Seaforth and Lois McLlwain of Seaforth; and his nieces and nephews, Pat MacRae (Mike), John McGrath, Mark McLlwain (Kathy), David McLlwain, Susan Pullman, Brenda DeJong (Jerry), Paul McLlwain (Jill) and Cheryl Adams (Jeremy).
