He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fort and Martha Lee Barber; and his daughter Larilyn. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Barber Fort; and his children, Lavinda, James (Trish) and Jennie (Art). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and their spouses and twelve great grandchildren.
