He was predeceased by: his wife June O'Keefe; his siblings, Raymond, Jim and Evelyn; and his daughter-in-law Ann.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary O'Keefe (MaryLou), Wayne O'Keefe, Mark O'Keefe (Laurie) and Brent O'Keefe (Sherry). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
