Edythe Smith Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2019, Edythe Smith (Mitchell, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ross Smith; her parents, Oscar Ruppel and Rebecca Ruppel; her son-in-law Barry Siemon; her brother Lawrence Ruppel; her brothers-in-law, John and Henry Smith; and her nephews, Michael and Charlie Smith.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Rose (Stephen), Vicky Van Herk (Albert), Sherri-Lynn Cronin (Larry) and Valerie Siemon; her grandchildren, Shawn (Katelyn), Shayne (Amanda), Michael Rose (Kelsey), Beccie (Charlie), Nathan (Allie), Dina Van Herk, Dawn (Riley) and Kayla (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Ryan, Grace, Keegan, Peyton, Ella, Addie, Isabella, Aubrey and Austin; her siblings, Bernice Noble (Carl) and Carman Ruppel (Ruth); her siblings-in-law, Margaret Ruppel, Marj Smith, Grace Park (Dave) and Joan Smith; and her friend Anne Pottle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
