He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bice and Ida Bice; his sister Marjorie Ward (Harvey); and his brothers-in-law, Bob Bestard and Dick Bestard.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Bice; his sons, Bill Bice (Nancy), Dave Bice (Deb) and Fred Bice (Michelle); his grandchildren, Meghan (Tyler), Katie, Jacob, Nicole, John and Natalie; his sisters-in-law, Mary Bestard and Dorothy Bestard; and also Lovingly.
