With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty J. Hampel of Mitchell, Ontario, born in Stratford, Ontario, who passed away on May 9, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chalmers and Beatrice Chalmers (Hill); and her grandson-in-law Colin. She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Gillespie (Gene) and Marianne Beaton (John); her grandchildren, Melissa (Justin), Amy, Ryan (Shelley), Megan (Ovi), Tyler, Jeremy (Rebecca) and Dana Michael (Melanie); her great grandchildren, Zachary, Kaylan, Kate and Grace; and her sister-in-law Joyce Chalmers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
