She was predeceased by: her husband Murray Fischer; and her brother Albert Mason (Sonny). She is survived by: her sister Margaret Foster; her children, Leanne Fischer (Jim Bergsma), Cynthia Fischer (Alton Wilson), Scott Fischer (Tracy-Lynn Bell) and Sheryl Fischer (John Cowles); her grandchildren, Melissa Fischer, Matthew Fischer (Esthera Catana Fischer), Skylar Fischer, Alrenee, Kaitlyn, Alysha and Bronwyn; her great grandchildren, Lily, Sophie and Emilia Rose; and her sibling Beta Sigma Phi.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:15 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home Ltd. (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Henry Walser Funeral Home (507 Frederick St, Kitchener, ON N2B2A5).
