He was predeceased by: his sons, Tommy and Johnny; his parents, Austin and Frances; and his sisters, Sharon and Bonnie.

He is survived by: his spouse Kim; his children, Nic, Nathan, Dawn, Tammy, Larry and Lisa (Paul); his grandchildren, Tyler (Victoria), Josh, Dylan, Drew (Tamara), Amanda, Austin, Alannah, Emily, Ryley, Jessie and Jakob; his great grandchildren, Tommy, Hannah, Trinity, Arcadia, Dakota, Pheonix, Kayleigh and Kayden; and his brothers, Joe (Kathy) and Robert (Janice). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and the many foster children that he helped parent.
