With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alan Maedel (Mitchell, Ontario), who passed away on December 28, 2019 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Chris (Liz), Jeff (Angela) and Lindsay Zaferis (Andy); his grandchildren, Henry, Evelyn, Elena and Niko; his parents, Betty Maedel and Carl Maedel; his siblings, Paul Maedel (Fern), Liz Goodyer (Tom) and Colleen Priestap (Vince); and his pet Lacey. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
